Vivek is an associate attorney at Bragalone Olejko Saad PC.  He has experience working on the entire spectrum of patent litigation including at the PTAB.  Vivek’s patent law practice is strengthened by his mechanical engineering background, providing him with a unique perspective handling IP matters, particularly in electrical engineering.  His wealth of knowledge in IP law in complemented by his meticulous attention to detail, dedication to client success, and passion for staying abreast of evolving legal trends.

Prior to joining Bragalone Olejko Saad, Vivek was an associate at Daignault Iyer, LLP where he handled pre-suit investigations, motions practice, expert reports, discovery, and an appeals practice in electronics, computer science, and networking inventions.  Before that, Vivek was an attorney at Haynes Boone where he drafted IPR petitions in electrical and computer arts including AI/machine learning, payment processing systems, and 3D animation.  Previously, Vivek also served as an associate at McCarter & English with responsibilities including drafting and prosecuting patent applications in electrical, computer, and mechanical arts, covering a diverse range of technologies such as medical devices, plastic packaging technologies, image processing, computer databases, artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, and the intersection of AI with other technologies such as biotech, computer security, and commodities trading.
