Terry is a shareholder at Bragalone Olejko Saad PC who focuses on patent litigation, post-grant patent proceedings, and general intellectual property matters. Terry is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. In his practice, Terry draws upon years of experience working in the telecommunications and defense industries as an electrical engineer for companies including Motorola, Nortel, Raytheon, and L-3 Communications.
Terry is experienced in all aspects of complex patent litigation, including technical analyses regarding infringement, validity, and enforceability of patents; claim construction, discovery, and motion practice; and trial preparation and practice. He has worked in a wide variety of technologies, including computer software, semiconductors, computer components and networks, telecommunications, medical devices, web applications, and financial systems. Prior to joining Bragalone Olejko Saad, Terry was an attorney with Baker & McKenzie in Dallas.

- Patent infringement litigation representation of patent owner in assertion of portfolio of wireless telecommunications patents covering LTE and 3G technologies. Litigation against multiple Defendants, including wireless service providers, base station equipment manufacturers, and smartphone manufacturers, resulted in favorable settlements with all Defendants.
- Patent infringement litigation representation of multiple defendants in suit involving patents covering check imaging and payment systems technology. Defense in each suit resulted in favorable settlement for defendants based on strong invalidity defense against asserted patents.
- Inter partes review representation of patent owner in defense against petition to invalidate patent regarding deinterlacing video processing resulting in successful denial of institution by Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
