Mark is an intellectual property and civil litigation associate at Bragalone Olejko Saad PC. He represents corporate clients, inventors, and qui tam relators across all stages of complex litigation, from pre-suit investigation and discovery through dispositive motion practice, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial. His caseload centers on patent, copyright, and trade secret litigation, as well as high-stakes commercial disputes. 

With a formal background in electrical engineering – concentrated in nanotechnology and thin film manufacturing – Mark leverages deep technical literacy to dissect complex technologies and formulate aggressive litigation strategies. Mark earned his law degree from the SMU Dedman School of Law, where he built an extensive foundation for patent disputes by completing nine specialized intellectual property courses – including Patent Litigation – and representing clients in the SMU Patent Clinic. During his studies, he was also selected by faculty as an SMU representative to The Honorable Barbara M. G. Lynn American Inn of Court.
